OM Yoga Studio is a safe, welcoming and inclusive place for people of all ages to attend and practice the benefits of yoga. We have classes perfect for beginners and any level of practice including Chair Yoga, and classes for children.
Most people are aware that a regular practice of yoga can help reduce stress. Yet, most people are hesitant or nervous to try yoga. Please be assured that we offer many classes that are suitable for you to begin your yoga practice with, and NO, you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga means “union” not only of the body and mind but also your mind and spirit. Through breath practice, yoga can help you lower your heart rate and shift your nervous system into a relaxed state, helping you to cope better with stress.
